Initial visa consultations usually follow a three‑step process:
1. Virtual appointment — I’ll review your situation and screen it against various Australia’s visa requirements to see which pathways may be open to you.
2. Written summary — Because the migration program is complex, you’ll receive a detailed written summary after our meeting (so there’s no need to take notes). This will also include a clear, itemised cost estimate.
3. Follow‑up questions — Once you’ve read the summary, we can have a short virtual follow‑up to go through your questions, or you’re welcome to email them if that’s easier.

Who we are
With two decades of experience as a registered migration agent, I provide personalised, thoroughly researched advice for every client. All consultations are conducted online, and every matter is researched and handled personally — never by AI or automated tools.
Most consultations include a virtual meeting, a written summary of the advice provided, and a chance to ask follow‑up questions. Appointments take place online (Zoom, WhatsApp or ProtonMeet) or by phone. If you have a preferred platform, just make a note when you book.
I'm based in the UK (please note when booking from overseas) and if you don't find a convenient timeslot, feel free to email me (margot@migration-advice.com) and we'll work out something else.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
