With two decades of experience as a registered migration agent, I provide personalised, thoroughly researched advice for every client. All consultations are conducted online, and every matter is researched and handled personally — never by AI or automated tools.

Most consultations include a virtual meeting, a written summary of the advice provided, and a chance to ask follow‑up questions. Appointments take place online (Zoom, WhatsApp or ProtonMeet) or by phone. If you have a preferred platform, just make a note when you book.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Initial visa consultations usually follow a three‑step process:

1. Virtual appointment — I’ll review your situation and screen it against various Australia’s visa requirements to see which pathways may be open to you.
2. Written summary — Because the migration program is complex, you’ll receive a detailed written summary after our meeting (so there’s no need to take notes). This will also include a clear, itemised cost estimate.
3. Follow‑up questions — Once you’ve read the summary, we can have a short virtual follow‑up to go through your questions, or you’re welcome to email them if that’s easier.

Former Australian resident or Citizenship applicants: book this consultation if you think you're eligible for Australian citizenship or if you are a former resident and would like to know if you can recover your permanent visa.

Citizenship or Former Resident consultations usually take place in two steps:

1. A virtual appointment, where we discuss your circumstances and assess whether you meet Australia’s requirements for citizenship or a Resident Return Visa (RRV).
2. A written follow‑up, provided after our meeting. You’ll receive a detailed summary of everything we discussed—so there’s no need to take notes—as well as a clear cost estimate for any next steps.

Former Australian Residents and Australian Citizenship

Applied, but received a refusal? 

Book this virtual consultation if you have submitted your own application for a visa, a skill assessment or state nomination and have been refused.

Please note: I will need to see the refusal notification and the decision record, ideally before our consultation. Feel free to email it to margot@migration-advice.com after you have booked, with a note. That way I can prepare a little for our consultation and we can jump right in when we talk.
